A view of the mill in the evening sunlight. The National Park Service owns the area now, and is restoring parts of it. A few houses along this main street (in back of me here) are still privately owned and one or two are lived in, but they can only be repaired in accordance with the NPS guidelines. The Bonanza mine is straight up to the left about a mile (5 miles of trail, though!).
